NYC Playground

Teardrop Park, Battery Park
I was drawn this playground because of it's natural appearance. Something that kids growing up in cities miss out on is the ability to run outside, in your yard, the woods, etc. All of these activities are very important to the develop of a child and gives them the freedom to be in nature. This playground replicates a realistic natural setting and gives city kids a chance to escape the city life.
Seaside Nature Wildlife Park Playground, Staten Island
This playground is perfect for a child with an imagination. Instead of just having a playground that promote physical activity, it gives kids a whole new world to be in. It influences the kids to invent imaginary situations and to interact in more creative ways. This could help benefit the reduction of prejudice.
